Choosing a cottage

Which cottage is best for a family?

Cottage One (RiverView) — two bedrooms, four beds, a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a private deck. It sleeps up to eight, so it also works for two families or a group of friends.

Which cottage is best for a couple?

Cottage Two (River Efficiency). It's a private studio for two with a kitchenette, a shared deck, and the fire pit by the river, priced well below a full house.

Can we rent all three cottages together?

Yes. Together they sleep sixteen. Book Cottage One and Cottage Two online, then contact us about Cottage Three and we'll line the dates up.

Are the cottages next to each other?

Yes — all three sit together on Old Mill Avenue along the river, sharing the lawn and the fire pit.

What guests say

"We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great — walkable to so many things in the Old Mill district, but you also felt a bit secluded with the trees, river, and fireplace. The cottage is great for small families. Dolly gave us duck food to go feed the geese, our son loved it. Overall tremendous value compared to some of the high priced places in the surrounding area."

"We loved the close proximity to Dollywood! Right off the parkway and right on the river! My grandson enjoyed walking to the bridge and watching people fish. He also loved walking to the candy shop!"
