Incredible location! Car shows, the trolley to Dollywood, and the ability to walk to popular spots — literally a one-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, the go-kart park, a coffee shop, and Hwy 441. It feels a bit like you're in the country. This efficiency is just that: everything you need in one small private space with a shared porch, in the historic Old Mill District.
A full-size bed, refrigerator, microwave, and mini K-cup coffee maker. This is a small, efficient space — the bathroom is open to the room with no doors or curtains inside the unit. Smart TV with Wi-Fi streaming (no cable).
Enjoy the shared deck, tucked behind the neighbor's fence for privacy with a peek of the river, or grab a chair by the fire pit next to the river — the best view on the property. Firewood is available at most local gas stations.
Brand new central heat and air. The Central Pigeon Forge trolley stop is one block away, and the Pigeon Forge Greenway walking trail along the river is a block in the other direction. Need more room? Cottage One next door sleeps eight.
